I am a retired musician. I worked for many years in the night club circut. Texas,Min,Ohio,Ark,TN,and Ill. I was hired to work for country singer Dottie West in the early '70's. I moved to Nashville, Tenn. and toured with her band untill 1977. I worked two over seas tours with Dottie and I got to play in five different countries. I also worked two weeks in England. I really enjoyed those years. I played at the Ryman and the new Grand Ol Opry building 73 times. I worked with Steve Wariner when he played bass for Dottie. I roomed with Larry Gatlin for two weeks at the Ponderosa Hotel in Reno, Nv. I also played Hee Haw several times. I still see the old tapes of the shows and I laugh at the hair styles we all had back then. Of course mine was black back then also.

I work as an instructor for a labor union training fund. I still play some limited gigs when I can. I am active in some local recording studios here in Arkansas. Currently I am researching some songs for my next steel guitar CD.
